Concept & Design is a personal creative blog dedicated to sharing house concepts, architectural drafting ideas, floor plans, tiny homes, rental units, interior design concepts, and other creative design projects.

My goal is to present simple and practical design ideas that can inspire homeowners, aspiring designers, students, gamers, and anyone interested in architecture and home design.

Some designs are conceptual and intended for inspiration and educational purposes. Actual construction should always be reviewed by qualified professionals and comply with applicable building codes and regulations.

Layunin ko na magbahagi ng simple at practical na design ideas na maaaring maging inspirasyon sa homeowners, aspiring designers, students, gamers, at mga taong mahilig sa architecture at home design.

Ang ilang designs ay conceptual lamang at para sa inspiration at educational purposes. Para sa aktwal na construction, kinakailangan pa rin ang pagsusuri ng qualified professionals at pagsunod sa mga naaangkop na building codes at regulations.

This video (or my website) is part of a series. The “How To” title refers to the design concept and the idea behind the project. The actual creation process will be shown step by step in the following parts or episodes.

Due to limited video time, the project is presented in separate episodes. The goal is to give viewers an idea of how the design is created while also allowing them to follow the complete process over time.

This is a creative design/concept video and is not intended to be a complete step-by-step tutorial in a single video.
